Refund and Exchange Policy

At Dhiti Kart, we take utmost care to deliver quality products. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please carefully review our policy below:

  1. No Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Refunds
    Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances.
  2. Size Issues
    We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related concerns. Please refer to our size guide and consider ordering one size up, if unsure.
  3. Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
    A clear and uncut parcel opening video is required to process any claims. The video must visibly show the issue with the product.
  4. Reporting Timeframe
    In case of damage, please email us at dhitikart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with the parcel opening video.
  5. Replacement Policy
    Upon a valid claim, a replacement will be sent. If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of the same value. Refunds will not be issued under any condition.
  6. Color & Finish Variations
    Slight differences in color, fabric, or finish may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting. These variations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
  7. Proof Requirement
    The parcel opening video is mandatory for processing any complaint. Without it, we will not be able to resolve the issue.
