Refund and Exchange Policy
At Dhiti Kart, we take utmost care to deliver quality products. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please carefully review our policy below:
- No Returns/Exchanges/Cancellations/Refunds
Once an order is placed, it is considered final. We do not offer any returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds under any circumstances. - Size Issues
We do not accept returns or exchanges for size-related concerns. Please refer to our size guide and consider ordering one size up, if unsure. - Mandatory Parcel Opening Video
A clear and uncut parcel opening video is required to process any claims. The video must visibly show the issue with the product. - Reporting Timeframe
In case of damage, please email us at dhitikart@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your order, along with the parcel opening video. - Replacement Policy
Upon a valid claim, a replacement will be sent. If the same product is unavailable, you may select another product of the same value. Refunds will not be issued under any condition. - Color & Finish Variations
Slight differences in color, fabric, or finish may occur due to screen settings or photography lighting. These variations do not qualify for returns, exchanges, or refunds. - Proof Requirement
The parcel opening video is mandatory for processing any complaint. Without it, we will not be able to resolve the issue.
